Charity Program

Thanks to RCS, the Rotary Club Siena Montaperti is promoting a fundraising campaign dedicated to a project for young people with disabilities, both physical and mental.

The Club is committed to creating a program that offers a variety of inclusive sports activities, bringing joy and recreation to Siena’s youth who need special support. Specialized instructors will guide participants in learning different sports disciplines, encouraging physical activity and stimulating socialization, which is crucial for personal growth and development.

To ensure adequate support during these activities, the team will include a psychotherapist who will assist the young people in new paths and experiences, alongside their families.

Sports thus become a valuable tool not only for maintaining physical health but also for supporting mental well-being and promoting social integration. The project will feature an exceptional testimonial: the Paralympic fencing champion Matteo Betti, who is dedicated to the topic of disability and aims to inspire hope and confidence in families facing challenges.

RCS, in support of this crowdfunding initiative, offers entries for the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche 2025, available in various options: SILVER entries at €210, ensuring entries in the first 1,000 start numbers, and a limited number of 20 GOLD entries at €250, allowing starting positions from number 1 to 350. The donation campaign for Gran Fondo Strade Bianche 2025 will close on February 7, 2025, or when the available entries are sold out.
