Charity Program

Thanks to RCS, the Rotary Club of Siena Montaperti is supporting with this fundraiser a service already in the advanced stages of development, dedicated to the development of an automated wheelchair that can be controlled by voice or by movement of the head or shoulders. This futuristic mobility device for people who have lost lower or upper limbs, developed over the years by students in the 4th and 5th grades of the Robotics, Computer Science, and Electronics sections of the Tito Sarrocchi Technical Institute in Siena, represents a true challenge for the future and has been supported for years by our Rotary Club, which recognizes its universal potential for development for children and the less fortunate.

To support this crowdfunding, RCS is making bibs available for the Granfondo Strade Bianche on March 8, 2026, at €250 for starting in grids 1 to 349 and €210 for starting in grids 350 to 1000. Donations for the Granfondo Strade Bianche 2026 will close on January 31, 2026, or when available bibs run out.

C’è da fare ETS

C’è Da Fare is a non-profit organization founded in 2023 by Paolo Kessisoglu and Silvia Rocchi, with the aim of supporting young people facing psychological and psychiatric difficulties, while promoting solidarity and raising awareness on issues that are often overlooked.
We organize sports, recreational, and cultural events, engaging the community and promoting awareness of mental health.

One of our main projects is C’è Da Fare Safe Teen, active in Milan, Rome, and the Province of Belluno, and expanding to other areas of Italy. It is an innovative, high-intensity, multidisciplinary outpatient care protocol designed for adolescents and their families experiencing severe distress, including young people struggling with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and social isolation.

In collaboration with RCS, we are taking part in the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche 2026, offering 10 charity race bibs to raise funds for the expansion of the CDF Safe Teen project across Italy. Our goal is to support more and more adolescents and their families, while breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.

To join the GF Strade Bianche with us, two participation options are available:

CDF Experience – with a minimum donation or fundraising goal of €800 on the fundraising platform Rete del Dono – includes:
Race bib, technical shirt, neck warmer, technical sunglasses, access to the finish area of the professional race, and a convivial gathering on Saturday. The start will be from the second grid.

Charity Bib – with a minimum donation or fundraising goal of €400, also on Rete del Dono, includes a race bib, technical shirt, and neck warmer. The start will be from the third grid.

Activate your network, support youth mental health, and ride with C’è Da Fare at the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche 2026!
